Bozeman has become quite the foodie's dream in recent years, and we couldn't be happier. From the tried-and-true steakhouses to the farm-to-table breakfast spots, you won't have trouble finding a delicious meal in Gallatin County. Over the summer, a new eatery arrived on the scene in Bozeman, and both the food and the ambiance are fantastic. In fact, almost everything on the menu is made in-house.
Revelry is located on North Tracy Avenue in downtown Bozeman.
The restaurant opened in June in the building formerly occupied by Starky's.
It can't be easy opening a restaurant in the midst of a global pandemic, but Revelry has already managed to become a local hot spot.
The interior is rustic, modern, and inviting. This space really lives up to its lively name.
The variety on the menu is exceptional, ranging from shareable small plates to hearty entrees.
The wood-fired pizza, which is exceptional, is a popular choice.
Stop in for brunch and you just might have the best Benedict of your life.
This is Pastrami Benedict, which features house-made pastrami on toasted rye with poached eggs, caramelized onions, fried garlic, hollandaise, and fresh herbs.
Revelry almost always has a Benedict special on the menu during brunch as well.
This one is a combination of house-made sourdough, gremolata, citrus arugula, Nueske’s bacon lardons, and Mornay sauce, which is similar to hollandaise.
Even the ingredients that aren't house-made are delicious and local.
The local Montana ranch steaks are second to none.
This is one place where you'll definitely want to save room for dessert if you can.
The apple pie comes with -- you guessed it -- house-made cinnamon ice cream and whipped cream.
Revelry is open weekdays from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
