Candyland Cottage & Ice Cream Shoppe has been satisfying sweet tooths across Cajun Country for over 14 years.
This old-fashioned candy shop has a variety of nostalgic, retro candy that’s typically hard to find in modern stores.
What's your favorite candy from your childhood? Chances are, you can find it here!
They feature hundreds of different sweets from the past and present, so you’ll have a hard time leaving empty handed.
Lollipops, gummy bears, chocolates... they have just about everything you can think of! Willy Wonka would be jealous.
They also have some of the best homemade fudge you'll ever taste.
They’re constantly inventing new flavors to add to their sweet arsenal. Depending on the time of year you visit, you can find over 75 different varieties of fudge. Don’t have the time to swing by? No problem - they’ll ship it to you!
Some of the other main attractions to this beloved candy shop are the train and carousel rides.
Kids will have oodles of fun riding in the trackless train. The miniature, 32-foot, full-scale replica steam locomotive has all the bells and whistles the kids will love, including blowing steam and that classic train horn sound.
In addition to all the sweet treats, you can also grab some hand-dipped ice cream or a hot dog while you're here.
