In the colder months, Braxton in Covington has added rooftop igloos in Northern Kentucky so guests can continue to enjoy the outdoors, while staying cozy and comfortable. It's a unique experience that's worth a visit and it's also more affordable than you'd expect!
Igloobar at Braxton Brewing offers rooftop igloos in Northern Kentucky that are situated on one of the best rooftop bars in the state.
Braxton has been turning out tasty drinks for a while now and at Igloobar you can also enjoy delicious food from local restaurant Parlor on Seventh.
Each igloo seats up to 8 people and can be reserved for a 2-hour time span Thursday through Sunday.
If you want to visit Monday through Wednesday, reservations are not required and they are first come first served. The two-hour time limit does still apply.
The igloos are heated, placed under twinkling lights, and filled with cozy seating and decor.
Time here would make for a great date night or a way to catch up with friends. And in case you are wondering, there are 30 minutes between each time slot, so the igloos are sanitized between groups.
When you reserve an igloo, you'll need to put down a $30 deposit which will go toward your tab.
You can choose a beverage package for your group and you can also order food from Parlor on Seventh. To be able to enjoy your full two hours, order your food online ahead of time and it can be there when you arrive!
Igloo dining is a trend that's taken off in the past couple of years and it seems like it's here to stay.
The novelty hasn't worn off yet, as reservations do book up fast. If you have a date and time in mind, book it early or consider a weekday visit.
