Bush Family Restaurant is one of those places that make us feel grateful. Occasionally, we stumble upon an amazing hidden gem that we have never caught or seen before. It's not every day, either, which makes it extra special when it does happen. So, for today, I'd like to tell you all about what might be one of the greatest restaurants in the Hoosier State. As most everyone knows, the officially unofficial state food here is the breaded tenderloin sandwich — the bigger, the better. If you're especially hungry and find yourself seeking out the biggest tenderloin in Indiana, look no further than the legendary nosh spot known as The Bush Family Restaurant, in Terre Haute. Dining in Indiana is always an honor — especially when dining on our special dish!

Welcome hungry friends to The Bush Family Restaurant.
Established in 1981, the staff has been serving up some of Indiana's favorite giant tenderloin sandwiches - ones so large they require two buns!
As soon as you walk in, you get the vibe that this is a mom-and-pop kind of joint, and you'd be correct.
The smell is so amazing as soon as you come through the door that you're sure to want to follow your nose straight to the full menu.
Plenty of items on The Bush Family Restaurant menu are absolutely glorious, but it's the giant - and I mean GIANT - but it's the tenderloin that takes the cake.
Some cuts of the Bush Family Restaurant tenderloin are larger than the plates on which they are served.
