If you're craving authentic New York pizza, look no further than a restaurant in Naperville, Illinois that is serving up slices so genuine you just might think they're shipping water in straight from the Big Apple. The truth is that the owners of this place just know what they are doing and can make any East Coast treat better than some people actually on the coast. Scroll on for more details.
With two locations in the west suburbs of Chicago, Little Pops NY Pizzeria has been in business since 2014 serving up authentic New York-style pizza the way the owners remember it on the east coast.
From the moment you walk inside either location, you'll be transported to a New York pizza shop. Pre-made pies sit out waiting to be ordered by the slice, and there are tables and booths to make you think you're tucked into an alley in Brooklyn or Manhattan.
The restaurant makes up a wide assortment of pies. Specialties include BBQ chicken, Hawaiian, meat lovers, lasagna pizza, bruschetta pizza, Brooklyn Sicilian, and one called Grandma.
You'll find each East Coast treat at this restaurant that you'd find in the Big Apple. Square pizza, calzones, soups and salads, garlic knots, garlic bread, wings, and mozzarella sticks are available.
Other items sold here include pasta like ravioli, chicken alfredo, spaghetti, penne ala vodka, and many other options, which you can customize.
Whether you're looking for Italian favorites or a pizza party, this is certainly the best place in town to contact. You can get a pizza as big as 18 inches to accommodate your guests.
When it comes to desserts, cannoli, zeppoles, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, limoncello cake, peanut butter mousse pie, chocolate mousse pie, and much more abound.
Little Pops NY Pizzeria is open Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. and Sunday between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m., and you can get more details on its website or Facebook page.
