This restaurant and bar is located on the eighth floor. You might find it surprising to learn that are actually only just a few tall buildings in this, the second-most populous city in our great state. You might stop in for Happy Hour on weekdays from 3-5pm and then stay a bit longer beyond that to take in the immense beauty all around you, and to watch the streetlights come on, one by one, far below.
There are lots of tantilizing snacks, small plates, and entrees on Lumen8's menu to enjoy while you marvel at the view all around you. Try some Seafood Louie or Pulled Pork Sliders, a Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, or some Elk Jalapeno Sausage. Want to share with friends? You'll love the Bacon Jam Scallops, Lumen8's Roasted Garlic Hummus, or a charcuterie board including nuts, meats, and cheeses.
If you're looking for a larger and even more filling option, Lumen8 Rooftop Social also offers entrees like a 12oz Angus Steak, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Airline Peach Chicken, or for those not interested in eating meat, a fantastic Roasted Cauliflower Steak that's served with a side of farro and vegetables.
If mornings are more your thing, then you won't want to miss brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2pm. Menu offerings include dishes like Eggs Benedict, Huevos Rancheros, a Pearl Sugar Waffle with sweet treats and fruit on top, a Full Irish Breakfast, and more for breakfast enthusiasts, or lunch dishes including salads and sandwiches for those who prefer a lunch-leaning brunch. Pair your meal with a perfect Bloody Mary from the Bloody Mary Bar, or sit back and sip refreshing Mimosas with your companions.
And, even if you're not hungry, Lumen8 Rooftop Social is a wonderful place to visit for some refreshing beverages. This elevated bar offers elevated cocktails - including the Lumen8 Spritz, pictured above, and others - and a wide variety of bottled and draft beers and wines by the bottle or glass.
