And scores of regulars at Stachmo's in Flagstaff have already discovered this secret about this no-frills restaurant - and that's why it always has loads of cars out front.
Stachmo's BBQ and Cajun in Flagstaff opened nearly 10 years ago in an even smaller space. Back then, it only had 250 square feet and a drive-through window.
Now Satchmo's has grown to include a bright and cheery dining room and outdoor seating in an artsy walled garden by the highway.
If you can't resist pulled pork that melts in your mouth, then Satchmo's is the spot for you!
And whether you like yours naked (that is, without sauce) or covered to any degree in one of the signature sauces, you'll love the pulled pork sandwiches. (Be sure to get the tater tots, or you'll regret passing them over later!)
Satchmo's also has other signature items they're well known for. Their BBQ chicken is simply to die for... so juicy and tender you'll be glad the portion is big enough for leftovers!
If you're partial to Cajun food, then you're in the right spot at Satchmo's. One of the faves here is the flavorful blackened shrimp po'boy. Delish!
