Now, if you're in the mood for a relaxing night out and a steak dinner, The Americano, a steakhouse in Scottsdale, AZ is where you should go. There's so much to love about this upscale establishment!

Whether it's a date night or just a relaxing night out with friends, make a reservation at The Americano. This highly-rated steakhouse is owned by Creation Hospitality.

With its modern and stylish interior, the ambiance is upscale, perfect for a night out on the town. You'll find the Americano at 17797 N Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale.

This Italian-inspired steakhouse is as good as it gets. And you'll have your choice of cuts like ribeye, dry-age ribeye, porterhouse, filet, New York, and Michima Wagyu.

Choose your favorite steak and enhance it with a blue cheese crust, grilled shrimp, or scallops. Sauces for the steaks include Americano Steak Sauce, salsa verde, tuffle jus, and horseradish crema. You can certainly get a bit creative with your steak.

If you're not in the mood for steak, The Americano has a selection of small plates as well as seafood, including a raw bar.

There are also house-made pasta dishes including spaghetti al pomodoro, taglietelle wagyu bolognese, and lamb pappardelle.

After living in places like New York and L.A., I never would have guessed that when I moved to Arizona 15 years ago it, too, is an incredible foodie capital. I have tried and loved so many restaurants here, especially in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Arizona is also home to several award-winning restaurants. One such eatery is Ghai Baan, and even USA Today called it one of the "Restaurants of the Year" for 2024. For the best Arizona dining experience, make a reservation at this Phoenix-based restaurant.

If you're in the mood for authentic Thai cuisine, where do you go? For those of you who love the spicy and flavorful dishes that Thailand is known for, you must plan lunch or dinner out at Glai Baan in Phoenix.

Glai Baan is located at 2333 E Osborn Rd. in Phoenix.

The chef, Pornsupak "Cat" Bunnag, is from northern Thailand and has turned Glai Baan into a local favorite since its opening in 2017. In fact, she is a 2024 James Beard Award semifinalist under the category "Best Chef: Southwest (AZ, NM, NV, OK)."

When you dine at Glai Baan, you'll be transported to Thailand not just through the cuisine but through the establishment's ambiance.

Glai Baan specializes in Thai street food and snacks, just like what you would find when visiting Thailand. It's an experience here, to say the least.

Among the favorite dishes here are the pork dumplings, mackerel fried rice, kanom jeeb, and peek gai tob.

With an assortment of small shareable plates on the menu, you can order several dishes for the table. Believe me, you'll want to try as many as possible.

In addition to the food, Glai Baan also serves a host of creative cocktails. In 2023, the restaurant was a James Beard semifinalist for its wine and beverage program.
