Sure, our hiking doesn’t include mountains, peaks, or scenic overlooks that’ll triple your elevation. But just because we aren’t climbing up, doesn’t mean we don’t have some pretty spectacular sights to see. Check out this river trail that will be the perfect end-cap to your summer.
The River Trail in Silver Springs State Park is a slow-paced, 3-mile out-and-back hike that will wind through the Florida wilderness.
While Silver Springs State Park has miles upon miles of trails split between many different paths, we’re partial to what is nicknamed the Silver River Trail — a combination of the Swamp Trail and River Trail.
