Rosie’s In Florida Is A Feel-Good Breakfast Spot With A Patio To Die For
Breakfast. Patios. Sunshine. Soft scrambled eggs. What could be more welcoming than that? While there are plenty of places throughout Florida that offer a breakfast meal worth enduring lines for, we have one counter-service spot that has been gaining somewhat of a cult following. Located in the Copper Door B&B, check out Rosie’s in Florida, the buried culinary treasure of Miami.
Rosie’s is a pop-up concept from Miami’s Copper Door Bed & Breakfast, that has been gaining some traction since opening.
The pandemic left this bed and breakfast with an empty hotel, so owners Jamila Ross and Akino West decided to pivot and open up a soul food-centric small restaurant.
What some are calling the best fried chicken in Miami, one of the main draws of this tiny food spot is the breakfast menu brimming with delicious dishes.
With feel-good breakfast options like polenta with a poached egg or chicken and waffles, you’ll kick off your day the right way with a stopover at Rosie’s.
