This One-Of-A-Kind Attraction In Florida Has Some Mind-Blowing Metrics
Are you a fan of art? How about sculptures that have over a million moving pieces? St. Petersburg has a one-of-a-kind attraction in Florida with some pretty mind-blowing metrics. A permanent art installation known as Bending Arc creates an interactive experience along St. Pete Pier that you have to see for yourself to be able to enjoy.
The St. Petersburg Pier, also known as St. Pete Pier, is a giant landmark on the west coast of Florida that extends into Tampa Bay.
The metrics of this artwork are astounding: 1,662,528 knots and 180 miles of twine, spanning 424 feet and measuring 72 feet in height at its tallest point.
The art constantly allows the wind to change the choreography of the sculpture and the shape. Every time the sculpture shifts under the natural light, the colors change.
In the daytime, enjoy the shadows that are cast by the sculpture on the people below. But at night, the hues of magenta and violet light really strike a chord.
