One of my favorite things to do when I travel is check out the local spa scene. Day spas are some of the best places to relax, unwind, and truly feel like you’re on vacation. Spas come in all different shapes and sizes – from luxury hotel spa experiences to traditional Korean spas, there is a wide variety of amenities and activities to enjoy. For anyone who prefers an international spa experience, preferably one that blends traditional hammam rituals with modern massage techniques and science-backed ingredients, head over to the brand new 20,000-square-foot spa in North Miami Beach, Hurrem Hammam Wellness & Spa. I’ve recently visited this spa, and while taking pictures is strictly prohibited, I can say the experience was way beyond my expectations.

A Turkish spa, known as a hammam, offers a holistic retreat merging centuries-old traditions with modern wellness.

Its benefits encompass physical and mental rejuvenation. The steam bath and exfoliating scrub cleanse deeply, removing toxins and dead skin, promoting circulation and skin renewal.
