Somewhere deep in the heart of Miami, in a large warehouse that could pretty much house anything, you’ll find a room where you can trash, smash, and demolish anything that gets in your way.

Welcome to South’s Florida’s rage therapy room Smash the Rage, where visitors can let out all their anger and frustrations in the safest possible way.

Rage therapy is the newest way for people to physically demolish things in a safe space with the right safety gear.

At Smash the Rage in Miami, guests can select a weapon of choice, put on some safety gear, and smash away all of their anger and frustrations one item at a time.

Literally take a sledgehammer and smash a television or a giant printer and feel the anger just melt away.

Smash the Rage actually has a Smash menu, where guests can choose the items they would like to demolish as part of their destruction therapy.

For instance, ceramic cups and plates would be considered small items, while TV’s greater than 32” or large furniture are considered specialty items.

There are other special menu options too for the type of experience you want to have, like the Build Your Own Smash, Themed Smash, and the ever-famous Neon Smash.

No matter what you choose, this new form of destruction therapy is a great way to safely release, while also having a blast doing so.
