A Christmas Star Will Light Up The Florida Sky For The First Time In Centuries
2020 in Florida is about to get a whole lot brighter, and of course we’re talking about one of the coolest celestial events in centuries. Just a few days before Christmas this year, right after the sun sets, Floridians will be able to see two of the biggest planets in the solar system align to create one great star show. Take a look at how you can get a front-row seat to what’s been dubbed a “Christmas Star” in Florida.
For the first time in about 800 years, Jupiter and Saturn will align in the night sky, creating a celestial event that is not to be missed.
There are many religious implications that this alignment was what actually led the three wise men to Jerusalem, but also is said to be the inspiration for millions of stars place on top of the Christmas tree each year.
