1. The ABA National Brewery Museum, Potosi
This Wisconsin beer museum in Potosi is exactly the kind of museum a true Wisconsinite wouldn't mind spending an afternoon exploring.
2. The Mining and Rollo Jamison Museums, Platteville
With a visit to Platteville's Mining and Rollo Jamison Museums, you really get two for the price of one. You can ride in an actual mine train from 1931. You're basically Indiana Jones for an afternoon!
3. Fennimore Doll and Toy Museum, Fennimore
Okay, I get it, dolls are creepy. So if you get freaked out, you should definitely not come here. Ever. But if you want to learn more about the history of toys and dolls, the Fennimore Doll and Toy Museum is the place to be - and it's AMAZING.
4. Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum, Hayward
Yes, this place actually exists. And, like the Brewing Museum, the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum says much about what's important to true Wisconsinites - especially those who live in the northern part of the state. Few - if any - other states would be a as fitting a home for such a fine museum. At the museum you can see the "world's largest fish" (it's a model) and the world's largest fiberglass structure (it's the fish model).
5. Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, Green Bay
We would be remiss if we didn't instruct you to visit the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame any time you're within 500 miles of Green Bay. No it's not exactly one of the weirdest place in Wisconsin - the only thing odd about it is how many more Lombardis you'll see than in a tour of Halas Hall. Rather, if you come to our state, you must acknowledge the superiority of the Packers over all.

The Spinning Top and Yo-Yo Museum pays homage to the best toy ever made. A visit will bring out your inner child - and may even help you hone your yo-yo skills.
7. The History Museum at the Castle, Appleton
The History Museum at the Castle offers much regarding the local history of the area, including an exhibit on Wisconsin native Harry Houdini, but it has nothing to do with a castle. The collection just happens to be housed in a castle.
8. National Mustard Museum, Middleton
The only thing better than seeing the walls of the National Mustard Museum full of every single variety of mustard ever? Tasting them! This is definitely one of the weird museums in Wisconsin.
9. World of Accordions Museum, Superior
