Much More Than An Old-School Tavern, Wisconsin’s Falcon Bowl Is One Of The Nation’s Oldest Bowling Alleys
Falcon Bowl in Milwaukee is a historic bar with one of the nation's oldest bowling alleys, offering a retro and fun-filled experience.
Finding a great local bar is always a plus. Finding one that’s also a bowling alley is an even bigger plus – and that’s exactly the case with Falcon Bowl. As the name implies, the decades old bar has a bowling alley. But what the name doesn’t tell is that it’s one of the nation’s oldest bowling alleys. Take a look:
Among the many corner bars that fill Milwaukee, you’ll find Falcon Bowl.
A local favorite, the bar has been around for decades. And since it hasn’t changed much over the years, stepping inside is like taking a step back in time.
Aside from the retro digs, the pool tables are bound to catch your attention. However, they’re not the only option for some competitive fun.
Head downstairs and you’ll find a basement bowling alley.
Pretty roomy, it has six lanes, so you’ll have some space to show off your bowling skills.
The lanes were built between 1899 and 1901, making them the 4th oldest in the US!
