It's one thing to live in a castle, but quite another to leave it abandoned and crumbling. Sadly, that is the current plight of an extraordinary stone mansion known as The Castle of Heron Bay. The mammoth 6,000-square-foot home was built in the 1920s and 1930s. It is also said to be haunted due to multiple tragedies that took place on the grounds.
This drone footage by Drone Inc. shows the once-beautiful castle-like home in Fort Worth, now abandoned.
Did you know about this castle overlooking the shore of Lake Worth on Heron Drive in West Fort Worth? Have you heard about reports of paranormal sighting there? Locals hope for it to one day be restored to its former magnificence!
