At over sixty-five years old, this is this is the record shop on Broadway that's REALLY worth the visit. Plus, you can find any hard-to-find record in this massive shop.

It's a Nashville classic, after all. Don't miss out on the pancakes, either! Well...who're we kidding?! The whole menu is awesome.
11. Take a moment to learn about the famed musician, Johnny Cash at his downtown museum.
With a Patsy Cline museum in the same building, you can hit up two country legends for one afternoon outing at the museum south of Broadway.
10. FINALLY tour The Hermitage - you know you want to.
The home of Andrew Jackson has a large draw amongst school groups and tourists, making The Hermitage a must on your Nashville history tour.
9. Take a spin on the Cumberland onboard the General Jackson Showboat.
They play a great show and offer seasonal dinner cruises that are perfect for a family celebration.

This hands-on exploratory will teach you science in ways you've never experienced it before. Plus, HELLO awesome date night! You'll laugh likes kids, for sure.
7. Cool off with a scoop from Jeni's at one of their new locations.
The Ohio based creamery has a couple of locations in Nashville, each one of them proffering lines out the door during the summertime. You get two scoops, and a mix and match is definitely encouraged.
6. Or enjoy a 100 layer donut from Five Daughters.
Five Daughters Bakery in Nashville is locally owned and is one of the most popular dessert spots in the area. It definitely gives Dominique Ansel's bakery in New York a run for its money, don't you think?
5. Visit the Belmont Mansion.
Built in the 19th century at the will of Adelicia Hayes Franklin Acklen Cheatham (that's a mouthful, don't you think?) The mansion has been lauded for its beautiful design and architecture.
4. Take a drive down the Natchez-Trace.
Stretching hundreds of miles, Natchez-Trace Parkway is shared with Mississippi and will give you the best kind of autumn drive, with coffee in hand. There are also hiking trails available for those summertime afternoons outdoors.
3. Visit the men's restroom at The Hermitage Hotel.
Known as one of the most beautiful restrooms in the country, even women can peek into the art-deco display - as long as you check to make sure no one's using it, first!
2. Have lunch at a old-school Nashville diner.
We've pictured Rotier's Restaurant here, but you can pull up a seat at Brown's or Hermitage Cafe if you're hungry.

The Mother Church of Country Music is known as one of the best venues to perform in in the whole of the United States - both for its history and famed acoustics.
