There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from in Oklahoma, but we have to say one of the most fun is renting a UTV and going off-roading through the hills of Broken Bow. This experience is unlike any other and the great thing is you can bring the family along, too. Keep scrolling to learn more about this thrilling excursion.
If you have an appetite for adventure and the great outdoors, buckle up, because you're going to want to book a UTV rental as soon as possible.
Bandits ATV and Boat Rental in Hochatown/Broken Bow is a local outfitter that rents off-road vehicles for you to go exploring.
The Polaris 570 Ranger UTVs come equipped with a range of safety features, including safety nets, tops, seatbelts, and windshields.
The smaller UTVs hold between three and four passengers, and the larger ones can hold as many as six passengers.
They can go up to 65 miles per hour. However, on this terrain, you won't be getting up to those high speeds.
You can rent UTVs for half-day rides that last about four hours or go for a full-day ride that runs for nine hours.
These vehicles are perfect for those who want to explore the natural beauty of Hochatown State Park without having to hike for miles. The forestry service offers 40 miles of trails you can ride on, and Bandits will have maps for your convenience.
Please note, you must be 25 years of age to drive a UTV, and anyone under the age of 18 has to wear a helmet. UTVs must be towed to the trailhead. A vehicle with a two-inch ball will be needed in order to get the UTV from their office to the trailhead.
To reserve a UTV, please visit official website of Bandits ATV and Boat Rental.
