Located in Ellicott City, this magical abode gets all decked out for the Halloween season. And occasionally, the owners will keep most of the decor up for Christmastime, how cool is that? Read on to learn more about this otherworldly Ellicott City Harry Potter house that you’ll want to add to your autumn bucket list.
Where can you find this Harry Potter house in Maryland? In Ellicott City! It's located in the Turf Valley neighborhood, at the corner of Timber Trails and River Falls Court.
This magical abode gets decked out every Halloween. All decorations should be out by October 31st and the display will stay up for two weeks after, so plan accordingly. You just may spot the Chamber of Secrets, complete with a petrified cat and Basilisk...
...or whimsical plants only found in the Wizarding World.
Watch out for Aragog, the giant spider!
It's free to visit this otherworldly display but the owners do ask for Howard County Food Bank donations if you're able. Enjoy this magical place while giving back to the community.
Last year, the parts of the display stayed up for Christmastime, too. No word yet on if that's happening this year as well.
