Does all of the ho-ho-ho-ing and general holiday spirit found this time of year make you nauseous? Are you counting down the days until next Halloween (which, as of this writing, is 340)? Do you prefer slasher flicks to Christmas classics? If you answered yes to any (or all) of the above, today's article is for you, as there is a haunted holiday house in Colorado that goes against everything else you see this time of year:
Taking place December 13th, 14th, 27th, and 28th (2019) is the 3rd chapter of Krampus: A Haunted Christmas, entitled "Holiday Spirits."
Just like the 2017 and 2018 installments of the Krampus haunted holiday house, this year will feature Krampus (the demonic beast of Christmas or "King of Christmas Nightmares"), Behll (the "Ghoul of Christmas"), and a cast of other terrifying creatures that go against everything Christmas stands for.
In addition to the haunted house itself, Krampus offers haunted Christmas photo ops, escape games, "Shriekeasy" bar, and tons of other haunted holiday-themed haunts and jaunts.
Please note: While visits with Santa may scare young children, Krampus: A Haunted Christmas may just scar them for life and is therefore not recommended for those 12 and under.
General admission tickets to Krampus cost $24 per person, with special fast-pass tickets starting at $34 per person and skip-the-line tickets for $44.
If you want to really rev up your experience, consider getting the Platinum VIP ticket, which includes not only skip-the-line access but also unlimited escape games, VIP access, free photos, and more.
Since tickets are expected to sell out (and tickets at the door cost $3 more), it is recommended you purchase in advance, which can be done on the 13th Floor's website.
