And there is one charming village of shops that features a wide variety of unique hidden gems. With an artisan market, mercantile stores, boutiques, restaurants, bakery, and more, the Country Village in Star City offers an experience unlike any other. Let's spend the day exploring this quaint little shopping village in Arkansas and see all that it has to offer.
Located in the Arkansas River Valley between Pine Bluff and Monticello is the quaint little town of Star City Arkansas.
And if you've never been to this tiny town, then we highly recommend that you visit.
Hidden inside the town is the Country Village, a charming village of stores where you can easily spend the day.
Featuring unique boutiques, mercantile stores, specialty shops, as well as restaurants, you'll fall in love with this delightful village.
Whether you're searching for a cute outfit, a unique gift, home decor or more, chances are, you'll find it at the Country Village.
There are several retail spaces offering one-of-a-kind items and you can easily spend hours exploring them.
Additionally, there is a lighting store as well as a taxidermy shop, so be sure to stop in as you stroll through the area.
While shopping, you might develop an appetite, and luckily, there are several eateries inside the village to grab a bite to eat.
Treat yourself to a yummy, cinnamon roll from the Country Village Oven Bakery. Some folks have said that they have the best cinnamon rolls that money can buy.
Or stop by Rocky Road Cafe & Creamery and get the kids some ice cream. You can also indulge in one of their delicious sandwiches or paninis.
If you're really hungry, Country Village Catfish has one of the best seafood buffets in Arkansas. You can't go wrong here.
Aside from the restaurants and boutiques, the village hosts an artisan market throughout the year.
The outdoor market features a variety of vendors selling handmade products, specialty gifts, clothing, artwork, and everything in between.
Of course, there are also food vendors as well as food trucks dishing up some of our favorites like BBQ, tacos, sweet treats, and more.
We could go on and on about this quaint little shopping village in Arkansas, but we recommend that you visit it for yourself. It might just become your new favorite place to spend the day.
