Miss watching your favorite bands perform live? What about catching a film at the movie theater as you happily munch on popcorn and candy? Fill the void this fall at the Arizona State Fair, which is offering drive-in movies and concerts. From iconic groups like The Beach Boys to classic films such as Halloween, this unique event promises a fun time for all.
Although the Arizona State Fair has looked a little different this year, it's still been one for the books. Festivities kicked off with the Drive-Thru Fair Food event, which was so popular, the dates had to be extended!
The innovative event featured funnel cakes, cotton candy, kettle corn, and a slew of other fair food favorites. It's over now, but managed to draw a sizable crowd the past few weekends.
However, the fun isn't done for the season! Concerts in your Car, presented by CBF Productions, is a month-long event that seeks to bring some familiarity to these uncertain times.
On select nights, groups you know and love will be performing in socially distanced, drive-in style shows. Click here

Through mid-November, such iconic bands as The Beach Boys will be taking the stage. Other noteworthy musicians include Third Eye Blind, 311, and Sublime.
Ticket prices vary from show-to-show, but generally hover in the $100 per vehicle range.
Movies are also being shown all throughout October.
From festive classics like Ghostbusters and Halloween to family-friendly films such as The Sandlot, there's something for everyone to enjoy from the safety of their own vehicle. Admission to any of the drive-in movies is $19 per car.
Don't miss the drive-thru selfie station! Have your picture snapped and look out for it on the Arizona State Fair Facebook page!
You'll undoubtedly want to document such a memorable night.
Address: 1826 West McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
