Back in 1921, a large festival was founded to raise money for children’s charities, and to brighten up the state of Delaware with beautiful spring blooms. Now, nearly a century later, the Wilmington Flower Market is here for good. Check out what is in store this year at the cheerful springtime festival.

The 99th Wilmington Flower Market is coming to town May 9th-11th, 2019, and this year is going to be just as amazing as each one before!

The Flower Market was founded as a fundraiser for children's charities, and today that mission is still the driving force behind the event.

The whole festival is held in Rockford Park, in the shadow of the famous, 100-year-old Rockford Tower.

There are rides, games, family activities, and more. Kids will be entertained all day long!

There's plenty of live entertainment for everyone, with performers and DJs taking the stage and keeping the festive atmosphere going.

So stop by and pick up gorgeous flowers for your garden, try local food trucks, and pick up decor and art from local crafters. It is truly an amazing way to spend the day.
