Why People Go Crazy For This One Pie In Small Town Delaware
Bowers Beach is an adorable little town right in between the scenic Murderkill and the St. Jones Rivers. It’s still an old-fashioned fishing town, where watermen spend their days collecting oysters, crabs, and fish for area restaurants. It’s a quiet, sleepy town that features some shops, a museum, and the famous JP’s on the Wharf restaurant.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. You'll have to visit this charming restaurant to taste for yourself.

Their fresh caught seafood that comes right onto the docks is one thing - you won't find fresher seafood in this part of the state, for sure.

Not only will you get a beautiful water view, but you'll get to hang out with the stray cat that has made JP's his home! Dinner, a pretty view, and nice company? Is there anything that would make this place better?

JP's famous strawberry pie is one of Delaware's most ordered desserts!

Like everything else at JP's on the Wharf, their Strawberry Pie is made with the freshest ingredients, so you're sure to get a ton of flavor in every bite.

It's no question that JP's makes the best strawberry pie in Delaware - just ask anyone who's been here. While you're dining, you'll see waitstaff walk by with one for nearly every table!

Head down to JP's on the Wharf in Bowers Beach at 201 Hubbard Ave, Frederica, DE 19946 for a great meal and a dessert that you'll be talking about for ages!
I’ll confess, dessert is my favorite part of any meal. And while there’s really only one place to get a great strawberry pie in Delaware, JP’s isn’t alone in serving a unique and delicious dessert. Check out our list of unbelievable desserts in Delaware, and let me know which one is your favorite.
