1. Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge

2. Vanderwende Farm Creamery
Delaware has long been known as an agricultural state, and their dairy cow farms are regarded as some of the best in the country. Delaware's ice cream is famous for being delicious, and Vanderwende Farm makes my favorite ice cream in the state. It's a bit of a drive to get to, but completely worth it.

3. Bombay Hook
If you like birding, chances are you've been to Bombay Hook more times than you can count. If you aren't a birder or you've never experienced the magic of this place, now is a great time of year to check out the thousands of migratory birds and snow geese that make this a stop on their flyway.
