Fenwick Island is a small town located right on the border of Maryland and Delaware. Many people consider it a hidden gem, because it's close to Rehoboth, Dewey, and OCMD!
The beaches here are among the best on the coast. Come enjoy a huge stretch of sand that's hardly ever crowded and wade in the warm water while you breathe in that comforting salt air.
Looking for a place to eat? You can't go wrong with waterfront dining at Harpoon Hannah's! You can even paddle right up if you're spending the day out on the bay.
Another favorite - Papa Grande's - makes some of the best tacos you'll ever try. Treat yourself to a margarita while you're here - you won't regret it.
You can enjoy mini golf or go-karts while you're here, too! Viking Mini Golf offers all sorts of family fun, if you're looking to stay out of the water.
There are dozens of shops throughout the town that sell unqiue goods, antiques, clothing, and more. The Seaside Country Store makes some of the best fudge in the state!
By the way - while Fenwick Island does provide some relief from the constant t-shirt shops and Sunsations stores you'll find in other coastal towns, it's important to remember that you can never escape Candy Kitchen.
