While we wish we could report on nothing but the fun stuff, one of The First State’s towns has been struck by an unexpected tragedy. Wednesday afternoon a Delaware State Police Officer responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a local Wawa off of Pulaski Highway. After arriving to the Wawa, suspected killer 26-year old Burgon Sealy Junior fatally shot 32-year old Stephen J. Ballard of the Delaware police force.
