1. Fia’s Fabulous Finds
Fia’s is a tiny shop in Petworth that sells women’s clothing and accessories. If you really want to score the best stuff, you have to head down to the basement. Be prepared to do some digging but you might just hit gold.

Georgia Avenue Thrift Store has a much larger selection than many of the other stores on our list. So you will want to carve out some time to really explore everything they have to offer from clothes to accessories to furniture.

We almost don’t want to talk about this one because it’s such a hidden gem. This tiny shop is a stylish store in Brookland that usually has a good assortment of clothes for men, women and children at fantastic prices.

Martha’s Outfitters has two locations in Northwest and Southeast DC. They offer a variety of clothes and accessories and they have a charitable aspect as well. 5. St Alban’s Church Opportunity Shop
A small thrift store located in the basement of a church where you can always find a good outfit. Stop by frequently because they always have new items.

Located right near the Columbia Heights Metro station, Frugalista has some great finds, including a lot of brand name clothes. You might have to pay a few dollars more than other thrift stores but it’s well organized and easy to find items there.

7. Buffalo Exchange
Buffalo Exchange is a chain thrift store with a location on Logan Circle. They usually specialize on trendy clothes and recent fads but you can also find some vintage items as well. Things sell fast here so stop by often!

This cute upscale Georgetown consignment shop has higher prices but they also have a good selection and you can find great deals on nice designer clothes, shoes and accessories.

9. Fort Meyer Thrift Shop
Before you head out to Fort Meyers, be aware that the store is on an active military base but the thrift shop is open to the public. You may need to show your ID and fill out paperwork but they sell furniture, tools, books, clothes, military uniforms and much more!

Just outside of DC, Unique Thrift Store is worth the drive because it is a massive store filled to the brim with treasures! Spend some time exploring everything they have to offer including housewares, books and clothes.

11. Crossroads Trading Co.
Crossroads is a bright store filled with fun and quirky clothes and items. It’s mostly women’s clothes and accessories but there are some men’s clothes available. They’re also extremely well organized so it’s easier to find items.
