After sampling quite a few delicious shops, we started to wonder what were the best sandwiches in DC. We set out to find the 9 best sandwiches in Washington DC that you have to try before you die.
This has made another one of our lists and it’s because the G-Man really is that good. The signature sandwich from Mangialardo and Sons is a fully loaded Italian sandwich made with local ingredients.

The Bolognese Parmesan at Bub and Pop’s is a flavorful creation of delicious meatballs, rich tomato sauce, shredded meatballs with a little bit of arugula. it’s an Italian meat lovers dream!
SUNdeVICH has a whole array of delicious sandwiches on their menu but the Kingston is a stand out. It features jerk chicken, pineapple salsa, greens, spicy slaw and garlic mayo.
Beef N Bread is located in Chinatown and so this aptly named sandwich is clearly one of their top sellers. Beef N Bread does mainly roast beef sandwiches and their Chinatown sandwich combines roast beef, avocado, sriacha and hoisin sauce for a delicious unique taste.

DGS is a modern deli that stills delivers what the old school delis of the past offered. That means they have delicious, flavorful and filling sandwiches. It calls itself a "Next Generation Delicatessen" and the Reuben here won’t disappoint the biggest deli fans.

Red Apron does an awesome pork-flavored list on the Pastrami sandwich. The sandwich has well seasoned meat, bacon sauerkraut and pork jus. It’s messy but delicious.
