If DC has anything in spades, its museums. They are everywhere. We’re known for them and we love them. One of DC’s newest museum is unlike anything you have ever seen before. You probably didn’t know this amazing place existed but you’re going to want to go there soon. ARTECHOUSE just might be most unique museum in DC.

ARTECHOUSE is not located on the Mall and it’s not a Smithsonian museum. It’s being called DC’s "first innovative art space."
The museum is set in what looks like an empty warehouse. But when exhibitions come in, they become immersive and experimental installations that combine art, science and technology.
The museum intends to create awe, delight and inspiration through its unique works and exhibitions. They only have one exhibit at a time. Each one has been unique and revolutionary.
Over the summer, they held the XYZT Abstract Landscapes installation. The interactive show took visitors through a physical experience through different digital landscapes.
Their fall installation "The Spirit of Autumn" immersed visitors into the feelings of a fall playground. Visitors could color a leaf on paper and then watch it transform into a digital object coming to life on the wall projections.Fall came to life in this fascinating artwork.
Currently, the gallery is holding "Kingdom of Colors." This unique art installation blends bright dreamlike colors into an otherworldly experience that is sure to enchant you.
The experience is fully immersive. Even the bar joins in on the fun with unique augmented reality app that creates photos of your cocktails that look out of this world.
