We absolutely love road trips – the farther the better! But we’ve gotta say, there’s something so spectacular about the journey back home. No matter how great a time you have cruising down the highway, enjoying seeing all the sights our great country has to offer, returning back home to that “Welcome to Connecticut” sign is a heart-warming feeling like nothing else. Once you hit that marker, you know you’re back in the land of stunning natural beauty that’s peak New England vibes.
Maybe you're coming in along the border with Rhode Island and spot the blue sign on the highway.
Or perhaps you're flying back home into Bradley International Airport in Hartford and catch a glimpse of the welcome to Connecticut sign as you leave the chaos of the airport.
