Margarita Marathon, a short walking tour taking you to fantastic Mexican eateries to sample flavorful cocktails. Today you’ll need to steady your sea legs because this Taco And Tequila Cruise is a spicy summer adventure you can’t refuse.
On Wednesday, July 24th, climb aboard the Becky Thatcher riverboat for a festive cruise featuring captivating scenery, margaritas, and tacos.
Begin your night out at the historic 1892 Essex Station. The train begins boarding at 6 p.m. and leaves the depot at 6:15 p.m.
The trip aboard the vintage steam train is just the first leg of your journey. Sit back and enjoy the landscape on this old-timey trip along the rails.
The train will deposit you at the Deep River Station where the Becky Thatcher awaits. The multi-deck riverboat will take you on a two-hour cruise.
Settle in and get ready for a relaxing ride. The Taco and Tequila Cruise is a limited event so make your plans early.
You'll be treated to a signature margarita. Choose from Summer Melon or John’s House and additional drinks are always available for purchase at the bar.
Discover a taco bar right on board the riverboat. Build your own tacos and sample other light Mexican fare.
Sip and nibble to the sounds of live music by GOZA. The Latin musical ensemble provides tunes suitable for dancing the night away.
