The Connecticut Renaissance Festival Will Be Back For Its 23rd Year Of Fun & Festivities
Huzzah! Lords and Ladies, pray attend! The magic and enchantment of the Connecticut Renaissance Festival returns in 2021 for its 23rd year of mesmerizing guests with jousting, delicious food, birds of prey, exciting events, and fun. Here are a few things you can look forward to.
Bring your family into a world of enchantment and adventure! From September 2 through October 17, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of a 16th-century harvest festival.
You'll laugh, sing, and maybe even become part of the merry-making during the colorful theatre performances. Listen to mystical harp music or pick up your feet and dance as you listen to the saucy songs and tales of local bards.
See knights and horses show off their skills and pageantry in the arena during spur-of-the-moment jousting events. You will also see fighters go armored toe to armored toe as they hit each other with no holds barred during the armored combat demos.
Don't forget about the Birds of Prey Show. You'll love seeing the beauty and majesty of these amazing birds as they hunt for lures and entertain the audience with their skills.
You’ll also enjoy games, historical cooking demonstrations, themed days, plenty of shopping, and after-hours evens for 21 and older. Tickets can be ordered online or at the gate. Tickets begin at $10 for children 7-15 and $15 for 16-adult. Admission for children 6 and under is free.
