The Plates Are Piled High With Burgers At The Delicious Knuckleheads In Connecticut
If there’s one thing we don’t lack here in the Nutmeg State, it’s great burgers. There are so many wonderful burger restaurants in Connecticut that it can be hard to keep up with them all. It’s fitting, seeing as the hamburger was invented here at Louis’s Lunch in New Haven. Apologies if you feel your burger bucket list is getting too lengthy, but we’ve got another one for you to try today! Knuckleheads is a delicious spot in Wallingford that has recently reopened after a hiatus that lasted nearly a year. The restaurant moved a few blocks from its original location and lucky for all its fans, it’s just as tasty as ever.
You may remember Knuckleheads from the restaurant's original location on Center Street. It has recently relocated to a larger location on Main Street.
While many of the sandwiches on the menu are pretty standard, you can occasionally find wacky specials like this fried chicken thigh topped with brown sugar-sauteed apples.
