The Oldest General Store In Connecticut Is Now A Restaurant And You’ll Definitely Want To Visit
With a span reaching from 1812-2007, Colebrook Store is the oldest continually operating general store in the state. And in 2014, its 195-year-old history was restored when it opened its doors once again. It’s still a general store at heart; you can drop by to grab some groceries or snag some fresh baked sweets made right at the store. But now you can also sit down for a meal!
