Summer is coming in fast; are you ready for it? We’ve got a lot of great places to enjoy the warm weather in Connecticut. Maybe you enjoy chasing waterfalls? Or do you prefer the chaotic fun of a water park? One spot that we think is just perfect for kicking off summer in the Nutmeg State is Stratton Brook State Park. This place may not get as much attention as some of the more popular parks in the state, but it’s certainly got plenty of attractions. With its lovely little beach, it’s the perfect place to start your summer celebrations!

Stratton Brook State Park is a 145-acre park that was established in 1949. It may be smaller than many of the other state parks in Connecticut, but there's a lot to do here!
