100 Witches Paddleboarding Across Chatfield Reservoir In Colorado Is The Halloween Event You Never Knew You Needed

Halloween is in the air, and so are the witches! Wait a minute… I see no witches riding their brooms through the night sky but paddling along the Chatfield Reservoir! Do my eyes deceive? Thankfully, no, as such a fun and quirky event does exist, and you can find it right here in Colorado! (Please note: Registration for the event is closed; however, you can still sit along the shore to watch.)

Taking place Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 9 a.m., the Witch Paddle is just that: a fun and festive event that invites paddleboarders to get dressed up and hit the lake.

Please note: While watching the event is free, there is a $10 per vehicle per day fee to enter Chatfield State Park.
