Peanut butter, bananas, and raspberries drizzled with chocolate sauce and a hint of real Vermont maple syrup all served on top of a Lìege waffle... yes, please!

A Liège-style waffle topped with basil, tomato, and fresh mozzarella, drizzled with a house-made balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.

It's the perfect combination of salty and sweet with its thick-cut bacon, fresh raspberries, and real Vermont maple syrup.

It is open Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8 am to 3 pm; and Thursday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. For more information, visit The Waffle Lab's website.
