According to a June 13, 2020 announcement, Pagosa Outside is open for tube, SUP, and kayak rentals; however, shuttles will not be available at this time, as the "rules, regulations and guidance from our oversight agencies continues to change, our schedule, practices, and procedures will continue to evolve with them."
