10 Reasons Why Colorado Is The Most Patriotic State In The Country

Earlier this summer, investment website Wallet Hub released an article ranking the 50 states in order of patriotism, with Colorado coming in at no. 3. Are we surprised? Of course not! Colorado is by far one of the most patriotic states in America for several reasons, including:

1. According to Wallet Hub's findings, Colorado had one of the highest voter turnouts during the 2012 presidential election...

2. ...which comes as no surprise, seeing as though we have more than 2.5 million registered voters!

3. Wallet Hub also found that Colorado has one of the highest numbers of Peace Corp volunteers per capita.

4. If we aren't volunteering overseas, you can find us volunteering throughout the community.

5. Colorado is home to six military bases...

6. ...including the United States Air Force Academy!

9. We wholeheartedly endorse "America's favorite pastime."

10. And, most importantly, we just LOVE our country!
