Escape From A Life-Size Pac-Man Maze, Coming To Colorado Early Next Year
It wasn’t long ago when we gushed about our love of retro video games and talked about epic arcade pubs like Supernova and 1Up, but have you ever dreamed of what it would be like to actually live inside the game? *head explodes* While you may not have had thoughts like this since you were 14, you now have the opportunity to do so, thanks to this life-size Pac-Man maze that is coming to Colorado early next year!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. Coming to Denver in March 2020 is "The Maze," which invites you to find your way through a life-size arcade-style maze, where, among other things, you'll be dodging ghosts left and right as you aim to collect pieces of fruit.
Hosted by the Immersive Gaming Event Company, The Maze is a traveling gaming experience that will be hitting not only the Mile High City but also Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Houston.
How does it work? Like Pac-Man (which, by the way, they never specifically name, as they are not officially associated with Bandai Namco), participants travel through a gigantic maze while collecting pieces of fruit and solving a coded puzzle, which — if completed — will crown you the winner!
Are you ready to sign up for The Maze? While tickets are not on sale yet, you can get first dibs by visiting The Maze’s website and subscribing to their email list.
