8 Outdoor Restaurants In Colorado You’ll Want To Visit Before Summer’s End
During the warm summer, there is nothing better than having drinks on the patio of one of Colorado’s many fabulous restaurants…agreed? You’ll be thrilled to discover that these eight Colorado restaurants are indeed open for summer this year and still offer scenic patio sitting. Let’s take a look at these amazing places to dine.
During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.
1. ViewHouse (Centennial)
For a picture-perfect view of the nearby Rocky Mountains and killer Happy Hour specials, there is no better place to spend the evening than the ViewHouse! (Psst... If you can wait and visit later in the evening, you will be rewarded with a front-row seat of the sun setting behind the mountains.)
2. LoDo's Bar and Grill (Denver)
Billed as being an "Awesome Restaurant by Day; Crazy Fun at the Bar by Night," LoDo's has LoDo Denver views that cannot be beaten, especially during the summertime when the Rockies are playing at home (pictured).
3. Cache Cache (Aspen)
Whether you are visiting the scenic town of Aspen for the weekend or have the privilege of living there full-time, you will want to stop at Cache Cache for an appetizer and glass of one of their hand-selected, world-class wines. Bonus? The Cache Cache patio looks like something out of a watercolor painting.
4. Kannah Creek Brewing Company (Grand Junction)
After a long day, there is nothing better than having one of Kannah Creek's many excellent beers! Scratch that: after a long day, there is nothing better than having one of Kannah Creek's many excellent beers while lounging on the patio. *insert sigh of relief here*
5. Café Vino (Fort Collins)
Fort Collins is known for having many stellar patios to choose from, but the best one of all is arguably Café Vino, which will make you think you have left the Centennial State for a charming French bistro.
6. Grind Haus Cafe (Pueblo)
Formerly known as the Hanging Tree Cafe, the Grind Haus is THE place for coffee in Southern Colorado and boasts patio seating that is as appetizing as the drinks themselves.
7. Cable's Pub and Grill (Fort Morgan)
If you are on the Eastern Plains and want great food and an excellent drink selection, there is no beating the famous Cable's Pub and Grill! Even better? This Plains favorite offers both dining room and patio seating. Cheers!
8. Steamboat BräuHaus (Steamboat Springs)
Last but certainly not least is the Steamboat BräuHaus, "Home to the best Apres Ski on the mountain." As if you needed another reason to visit (and love) the BräuHaus, this Steamboat Springs tradition often hosts live music on the patio.
