Non-Stop Snow And Cold Have Been Hitting Colorado – And There’s More Coming

March is finally here and spring is a few short weeks ago, so that should mean that this ridiculous winter is FINALLY coming to an end, right? Unfortunately, this is not that case, as the worst may still be on the horizon:
As predicted by the trusty Farmer's Almanac, this winter has been downright cold and snowy, thanks to a change in the El Niño that has been effecting every state in a different way.
Seeing as though Colorado has been spoiled the last several years with warm and mild weather, this winter has been a downright shock to our systems with no foreseeable end in sight.
Why do I say this, you ask? Based off of the Farmer's Almanac predictions of the upcoming weeks, March 6th through 16th should bring rain and snow showers, AND turn cold...
...with snow flurries from March 17th through the 24th...
...snow (then sunny, but cool) on the 25th through the 31st...
...and rain and snow the first week of April.
The only good news? We have a date of when things should be turning around, which April 7th through the 11th (which is predicted to be warm and sunny).
Hang in there, Colorado!
