Welcome to Grind in Glenwood Springs where you can enjoy a full menu of delectable burgers, but also some seriously great sides.
And those reasons are the burgers! Grind is special because their burgers are made with a variety of meats. Of course, there's beef. But how about chicken, pork and even elk?
And each week you'll find a special like this Gilded Truffle. It's got beef, Swiss cheese, truffle aioli, baby arugula, balsamic glazed mushrooms, and onion bacon compote.
We love that the menu is so varied. But mostly we love that we can come back over and over again without having the same meal twice.
Grind is open every day of the week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can see their full menu here and be sure to check them out on Facebook. You can reach them on 970-230-9258.
Michelle has lived in many places, but counts Maine as one of the best. In addition to the smell of ocean water in the air on rainy days in Portland, she loves puppies, photography, funny people, the Maine Red Claws, traveling, fresh tomatoes, Cambodia and filling out forms.
