Located at the summit of Pikes Peak is the aptly-named Pikes Peak Summit Complex.

Formerly known as the Pikes Peak Summit House, the Complex is the mountain's new and improved visitor center that boasts tons of information, souvenirs, and tasty donuts that visitors have grown to know and love.

While their size may be small, these little light and fluffy pastries are legendary, as this deep-fried pillowy goodness will melt in your mouth!

What makes these donuts so darn unique? It is due, in part, to the high altitude, which gives it a unique texture.

The Pikes Peak summit and its donuts - the only ones in the world made at 14,000+ feet! - can be accessed via car, bike, or the iconic Pikes Peak Cog Railway, making it accessible for all.

Please note: Reservations are required when visiting Pikes Peak during the busy season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
