The magical and majestic Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year and is just as dazzling today as it was in the beginning. Although the park officially opened in 1941, the first documented concert was in 1906 when John Brisben Walker hosted a 25-piece brass band for the formal opening of the world’s only naturally-occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheatre. But Red Rocks is MUCH more than a music venue, with miles of hiking and biking trails, a trading post, a museum, and more! Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre and all of its amazing attractions is undoubtedly one of the best things to do in Denver!
