Biker Jim’s wildly creative creations have received an abundances of accolades, been featured on Food Network and Travel Channel, and are rumored to be favored among celebrities and chefs across the nation. Former repo man Jim Pittenger (aka Biker Jim) started with one food cart in 2005 and has now expanded to a handful of carts and a brick-and-mortar in Ballpark.
Biker Jim's is famous for making Denverites frankfurter fantasies come true, with exotic meats like rattlesnake, reindeer, wild boar, buffalo, pheasant, elk, and antelope.
Top that with adornments like caramelized onions soaked in Coca-Cola, french fried onions, cream cheese, and diced jalapeños, and you've got yourself one delectably delicious dog.
