Coming soon to the exciting Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is the Haunted Mine Drop; “the first drop ride in the world to go underground, dropping riders 110-120 feet down inside Iron Mountain.” Named one of USA Today’s 12 Most Anticipated Thrill Rides of 2017, the quality of the Haunted Mine Drop has been compared to the likes of Disney and asks visitors the question of whether or not they “Dare to Drop.” While the ride has yet to officially open, we can get a first-hand look at construction and what is to come via this recent clip from 9News:
