9 Things That Instantly Come To Everyone’s Mind When They Think Of Colorado
When you hear “Colorado,” what comes to mind? Likely, you’re thinking what many others think when they hear mention of the Centennial State. Here is a list of 9 of the most common things that come to everyone’s mind when they think of Colorado.
Let's go ahead and get this obvious one out of the way: Yes, pot is legal -- No, not everyone partakes.
Stunning, colorful, perfection.
Colorado has the best skiing in the country (says the unbiased native,) so it's no wonder it comes to mind!
I'll admit that Colorado does have its fair share of hippies...but you can find this subculture in every state.
Fun Fact: Deer Trail, Colorado is the "Home of the World's First Rodeo."
AKA, the greatest team in all the land (and home to Peyton Effin' Manning).
To the west, you'll find purple mountain majesties --to the east, rolling plains and lush farmland as far as the eye can see.
In the past, Colorado has been a pretty blue (liberal) state; however, after November's elections, the majority of the state is now red (conservative.)
Oh, it's a real place alright. (We used to play them in HS football!)
